Shipping Policy

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping within the Netherlands We ship via PostNL. Delivery typically takes [1–2] business days after dispatch. Standard shipping at checkout | 

Shipping within the EU We ship to all EU countries. Delivery times vary by destination, typically 3–7 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

International shipping We currently do not ship outside the EU. 

Order tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control.
